Florida Statewide Surveillance Division - Despite the name ICDA.com, members of our Surveillance Division are based throughout the State of Florida and regularly conduct assignments for corporate and insurance clients in or near most major metropolitan areas of the state. We have also established a network of qualified investigators throughout the United States that regularly handle surveillance assignments as our affiliates, as we do for them in South Florida. Unlike many PI companies, we don't mislead our clients by claiming to provide national or worldwide coverage. We often read those claims, but the great majority of PI firms claiming to provide national or worldwide coverage are engaged in a great distortion of the truth. We believe that being honest with our clients is far more valuable than claiming to be a national or international private investigations agency when that usually is not the case with most agencies. Latin America and the Caribbean - Our expertise and resources are not limited to South Florida. Over the years, we have established and maintain strong contacts with operatives in Latin America and the Caribbean and have conducted numerous successful investigations and intelligence operations in the region, some of them very complex in nature. We are also affiliated with a network of professional investigators in most regions of the world, some with whom we've worked extensively. When a client's needs take us to a foreign country, we make sure that our efforts are supported by professional investigators or operatives with knowledge of local customs, resources and the law.
